Thanks Wolfpack,

i haven't tried the reversing towards the wall, will give it a go tonight, might also try low range as well, it is the electrically deployable tow bar, so might try with it deployed and not deployed.

i haven't tried different speeds, just a steady slow crawl.

The car is ex Land rover and the tow hitch had never been used so a software issue is probable, so a trip to the dealers is most likely,

It should automatically zoom when 600mm from the hitch in towing mode with MY25 and Pivi pro …yes.
In earlier models with surround cameras I believe there was a feature to turn the zoom off in the rear camera menu.

But if you’ve got the single line it’s in the right mode.

Couple of method queries….

Does it happen when reversing towards say a wall (not just trailer hitch) in tow mode?

Just a quick job this weekend that I do to all my vehicles with Brembo callipers fitted.
The original bleed nipples are steel and over time they can be difficult to remove from alloy callipers.
I've had some over the years which have resulted in either the calliper being replaced or having to be sent off to the machine shop because they won't come out.
Replacing these with stainless items is a quick job and only costs around £10.

Depending on the engine type you can suck the oil out from the top rather than have to get underneath.
The SDV6 has a dedicated oil extraction tube in the engine bay and the D300 can be sucked out using the dip stick tube.
Not sure about the petrol engines or the I4 but I expect they are similar.
Both the filters are at the top of the engine bay so you don’t even get your hands that dirty.
You will need a vacuum pump but that will be paid for on the first...

view forum post
Yes it is a shock to be honest. Suppose doing your own service over the years has kept me out of these prices. Yes being over 60 now and thinking I don't need to be crawling under such a big vehicle. But my brain still thinks 6 litres of oil and a couple of filters does not sit well when the bits are £100.

view forum post
For a basic oil and filter service (plus the inspection), the cost is around average for an indy garage. Anywhere south of £500 is pretty good.

You'd still be able to do it far cheaper DIY, especially since there's nothing too complicated in an oil and filter service. That said...I'm not in my 20's any more so I'd be somewhat content at under the £500 should it eventually come to me having to pay someone else to do it. ...

view forum post
I have been quoted £449 for my 9th year service. Which I have been told is a oil and filter and pollen filter change plus inspection. This is at my local indie dealer. Think this is the part you need...though I can't see your picture to verify. I found a couple online from various outlets...there are more if you search around since DPF pressure sensors are a fairly common part.
Yes unfortunately I think you will struggle through the wheel arch alone and will need the under tray off.
You have to get your hand up and around from under the car to get the lower bolt.
Have always wanted a two post lift but not got there yet, would certainly make life easy!
I find the easiest way to get some height is to use the plastic Rhino ramps in off road height.
You can also use four if you need height with the vehicle level for gearbox oil changes...

view forum post
Yes it does thanks. Just to be clear then, not practically possible to get to this via the wheel well to avoid taking the under-tray off? I'll do what needs to be done, but laying underneath the car is such a hassle, I'm not in my 20's any more... what I wouldn't give for a 2 post lift on the driveway

view forum post
Good afternoon all

New to the group and had a look around to try and find a related issue but failed.

From what I can see on the internet it looks like I need to new pressure sensor.

Trying to find one is proofing difficult, I have a 2017 SE 3l diesel.

I have added a photo of what I believe is the part I need.

Any help would be appreciated.
