Has anyone fitted 275/55 AT or MT style wheels on their Discovery, using Defender 20" wheels? Did you find any limitations or rubbing?

I have a 2025 D5 with standard 22" wheels. Tyre size is 285/40 with the normal Pirelli Scorpion Zero tyres. I believe this have an offset of ET45.

I've purchased a set of Defender Style 6011 20" wheels that come with 255/60 tyres. The offset on these is ET41.5. From what I can tell this is a straight...

view forum post

i have just purchased a d5, 2017, 3.0, it has had the deployeble tow hitch removed, and i want to add a towhitch, the frame and electrics are still in place, does anyone know if a genuine removable tow hitch will slot into this or do i need to remove the frame and replace the whole thing?

view forum post

The D5 failed its MOT with an extremely high fast idle lambda reading.

The technicians spent some time trying to locate a leak in the exhaust manifolds or other connectors but gave up saying I needed to get a LR specialist to take a look. Nice of them to try I suppose.

Sat at home wrestling with the paradox of perfectly normal HC and CO figures and yet very high lambda ….with AI help.

After an hour, I had compiled a list of key...

view forum post
Retrofit centre console cooler - it can be done, and yes it cools things as expected.

I just wanted to drop a note to the group as I have seen a lot of conflicting info on various sources about the above subject.

I have successfully retro fitted a genuine centre console cooler to my 2019 D5. It was a feature I had in all my previous disco’s and I find it incredibly useful. I’m sure many will start to comment about how useless they are and how it’s...

view forum post
