Thanks for taking the time to document the process, it is very useful.
The same as you I had seen online that the centre console needed to be changed so it’s good to know it can be modified.
I probably wouldn’t have bothered if the whole centre console had to come out.
Another mod for the list at some point, will keep an eye out for a second hand unit.

Retrofit centre console cooler - it can be done, and yes it cools things as expected.

I just wanted to drop a note to the group as I have seen a lot of conflicting info on various sources about the above subject.
