  D4 Roof Bars on a D5 - Possible or Not?

  Is there a way of converting D4 (T-track) roof bars to fit the flush-type roof rails on a D5.
  
  I very rarely fit the roof bars to my D4 so it seems a shame to get rid of them and buy some new ones just for occasional use (although the Whispbar ones look like a good option) changing the foot packs to convert them might be a good idea if it's possible.
