Revised engine spec/line
I see that JLR now have just three engines available for the MY19, including a revised 300hp diesel

This is probably due the oil dilution problem also reduced sales of the 3.0 sdvs in other JLR products.so rather than solve a problem with existing customers.they change for new customers.but SD6 still has its own problems namely a price increase co2 increase(over 200),with possible crankshaft failures nice one JLR

I agree, and I was surprised how much of a price increase has been introduced. The td6 HSE I brought back in mid March is now over £3k more!

They’ve probably built the Td6 ongoing Oil and Filter changes into the new SD6 engines costing ?
That way they can tend to the first batch of D5’s dilution woes whilst then trying to rectify the not yet to be found out anomalies in the new unit.

yes, i posted this before we clarified the Engine in the seperate thread, I initially thought that the new 3.0 "rumoured" In Line straight 6 was to be introduced,
I saw the Oil Dilution posts up above and thought they'd pulled it for a reason.
