    Well my discovery commercial is now entering its 5 week with the dealer and landrover are still dragging their heels and don’t seem to give a !
    It only went in because it wouldn’t recognise the key they then installed phase 4 and the rest is history.

    Hi Scriv

    Have a look under faults and fixes - Keyless entry issue which I posted recently. Mine has been 8 weeks or more now, and in process of rejection.

    Well had it a week before it crashed again.
    Now back with with retailer and fully rejected I just await the arrival of my replacement.
    Retailer has been excellent even leading me their commercial demonstrator until my new one arrives.

    How does the rejection work? As I’m thinking to reject mine:
    - they can not get the AEB working
    - front assist is not working on many occasions
    As these are absolute safety items (and needed to get the Euro NCAP 5 star rating) I would never have bought the car if I would have known it doesn’t work (as I wouldn’t have bought a new car without these safety items or not having a 5 star rating)

    Apart from these 2 I have multiple (being 10!) other things I’m not happy with. So I wrote the dealer an email with the options to fix it within the next 3 months (then the car will be 6 month old). If they would not be able to fix it by this date, I want them to take the car back. However a complete silence is the answer until now...
