Hi, my car was serviced on Friday and had the update to 19c applied.
Since then the RSE will not display any media sources and often displays rear media not available from the front screen.
Also the second row seats no longer recline using the power button at the base of both of the seats.
Any ideas?
I thought that From looking at other threads on here but checked this morning and it is definitely 19c and it says no other updates available.
Thinking it might need LR to add to the list of OTA updates.
Dropped it back in this morning as they think they missed applying the update to the RSE 🤞
Who knows why the seats have stopped reclining but they are looking at that as well
I have asked for it to be added.
RSE screen are now working, the update didn’t apply to them first time round So has now been sorted.
Middle seats are also working and always were - User Error!! If you have the child lockS on it also stops the recline button working (learn something everyday)
