Prices and SVR/SVO models
According to this week's Autocar (which has a nice front on rendition of the car, computer generated I suspect, in metallic orange) prices will be from £47950 for the base 2.0ltr Ingenuim engined model and be in line with RRS2 pricing................... According to Gerry McGovern this is due to the car using the RRS and FFRR aluminium "chassis" as a base and the move to more luxurious interiors that can command higher pricing........ Also planned are bespoke SVO and high performance SVR versions using running gear and mods from FFRR and RRS. So it looks like the D5 will not be aimed at farmers and families but people who want a big RRS.

That front on photo is LRs official teaser photo. I still think it will be cheaper than that, maybe £45k upwards.
Coventry Telegraph £40K
Irish Dealers €49K (£42k)
Auto Express £45K
Autocar £47,950
None of them know, I'll wait until the prices are officially revealed on the 29th after its world premiere.
What Mr McGovern says I take with a pinch of salt, he said the 3 ranges will have different design languages, can't see the difference myself. He also said the new car will be as practical as the current one, well Gerry, what happened there? the new one can't sit 3 adults in the 2nd row.
