    Dodgy Door Latch

    Well this week we had a new fault!
    We have had numerous issues with our D5 over the 22 months of ownership including oil dilutionšŸ˜”
    However this week the rear passenger door would not close properly on a couple of occasions, then on Thursday the door decided to open whilst driving with our 3 year old boy sitting by it in his car seat! Luckily this was pulling into a car park at low speed and damage or injury accured.
    This resulted in my partner driving home from the school run with our son holding the door shut!
    Land Rover assistance was called and promptly arrived but could do nothing.
    The car is now with Land Rover and hopefully being fixed, but who knows!

    Anybody else had this? It appears to be a problem with the latch that holds the door closed but I'm just a chippy so what do I know. Laughing
    We have a courtesy car which helps, they gave us a RR autobiography- virtually new! Why would you use a Ā£100k car as a courtesy vehicle!
