Hello, quick question on SIM, I buy the 3 data SIM from Amazon, for my mobile router using when im away with the caravan. Can I simply use that for my new LR ? The salesman mentioned LR giving me a SIM.
As I understand it, the car has a sim installed somewhere but it is only low allowance. I use a separate sim, 3G 24GB 12 month duration, which is positioned under the cubby lid.

There is the hidden built in sim. Then there is the optional sim slot under centre arm rest for live functions - traffic data etc. On new cars they now provide you this optional sim for 3 years. Mine is 500MB per month for 36 months.
Can run spotify etc thru phone anyway without needing to use car data, i have spotify on most of time via android auto and dont have a sim in the car as rarely bother with the live traffic
There is no need for an adaptor, socket cover on car drops down, insert 13 pin caravan plug with the flat at "3 o'clock", then rotate clockwise 90 deg, socket coveron car should then line up with flat section on caravan plug.
