    Dealership vehicle Replacement/Rejection

    Hi all

Has anyone rejected a LR to the dealership and the dealers have put in for a vehicle replacement?

Just looking for the pro/cons of doing this, any fees i should expect? I have read online about people having to pay mileage charges etc.

I will keep the dealer nameless for the time being although they have been pretty good.

It’s just under 6 month old brand new car and the dealer have formally accepted the rejection letter and are now working on it.

    Thanks

Out of interest, what made you reject it?

I did. About 5 months old and 1200 miles on it. Dealer was fully supportive. Supplied me with a series of new courtesy vehicles free of charge for over 4 months whilst they ordered me a new one. New one cost more but LR stood the cost. No mileage charge. New service plan included too as original one non transferrable.

First time ever rejecting a car but they made it painless for me.

Oh, and I got the remaining months of car tax back on the old car and they taxed new one for 12 months.
