  Software update

  While driving this morning my MY17 offered up a software update by means of a message on the screen. The message then vanished, but fear cogs and software update permitted it. Seems release is being staggered and not hitting us all on the same day. Presumably and sensibly to avoid the risk of breaking all our cars on the same day by accident! Nb. Download was over 100MB and seemed to come in faster on WiFi.
