    What are you after? If it’s the car fixed, that appears to have been done. If you’re after compensation, speak to a Solicitor, he will advise you on what is appropriate if anything.

    Personally, an apology, refund of the service bill and a fixed car would do it for me, but everyone is different.

    I'm assuming you had the use of a loan car whilst yours was being fixed, I would have thought a brand new factory engine with zero miles on a 2 year old Disco was a bonus!
