  Reversing lights

  Strange issue.
  Parked the car up last Friday and tried to connect with the remote app on Wednesday it reported that the car had gone into sleep mode to save power.
  
  As the rear of the car faces a house window, I noticed on Thursday night that the reversing lights were on, but about half power. This morning (Friday) started the car up to wake it up stopped the engine and the reverse lights were still on. Went shopping, drove the car for about 20 miles and on returning home reverse lights were off. Only came on with the lights and turned off as soon as the lights turned off. Just looked outside now its dark and the reverse lights are back on, car is locked and alarmed.
  Anybody have any ideas?
