  Drivers door latch

  Evening all, my drivers door will not open from the inside, I suspect the door latch has failed. It will open fine from outside and I am having to open the window and hold keys outside the car and open the door from the outside. My main question is I have extended Landrover Warranty and am hoping the door latch problem will be covered by the warranty, has anyone faced this problem before. The Disco is 3.0 TD6 MY17.
