Smoke bellowing out the engine bay. Was coming from the bulkhead area. The fumes came inside and my eyes started too water really badly too the point I could not see as my eyes were streaming so badly. Emergency stop on the duel carriageway. Luckily I never had an accident and managed too park 1 mile ahead. Doused eyes with my drinking water as stinging so much. Was sitting at 60 mph all the way as running the engine in. Smoking so bad that I thought the engine had caught fire. Never noticed as the wind must have disappated the fumes whilst I was driving. Only when stationary were the fumes visible. Cars absolutely stinking of burnt wiring / acrid smell

Can't understand as car was fine for the first 85 miles. Stopped too eat for 1 hour. Then after 15 miles could smell burning which I attributed too the van in front of me that had just overtaken me, as seemed too be burning oil ( blue exhaust fumes) as I was only sitting at 55-60 all the way. Had it not been for my eyes streaming with tears I would not have stopped or even noticed the fumes and possibily caused even more serious engine damage

This is what happens when you rush them. You should be more patient.

Told me too pick it up yesterday. I told them no need to rush as 1 extra day wont kill me. Hence picked it up today. Well that extra day damn nearly killed me. Felt as if someone had sprayed pepper spray in my eyes. Am just thankful no one was hurt as was quite busy when all this happened
