Front Suspension post cracking?

Not one I've heard of...
Besides the usual worn bushes, I can't recall reading about any suspension issues with the D5 at all...very strange.

Massive issue in the 405 world from 2014 to 2019 or thereabouts. Near fatal crashes etc. it seems the upper knuckle joint is made from pure Chinesium and can show signs of cracking before failure.
Looking at photos of the D5 strut they ‘look’ very similar in design.
Also the sunroof drain holes corrode as soon as you look at them resulting in water ingress that stains the headlining. No big issue but a PITA to fix. The 405 issue was that cars with leather headlining did not stain and the first some owners knew was a flooded under drivers seat and much sparking of ECU’s etc.
