Is the D5 tow hitch receiver removable?
Is the D5 tow hitch receiver removable like the Lr3 or is it permanently attached?

The tow hitch receiver on a LR3/4 was not removable easily. It was part of the rear cross member and welded in place.
However the D5 is different, the rear cross member is bolted in place and as such can be removed complete with the tow hitch receiver. Different ones can be bolted in place for deployable, fixed removable etc
