  How to Check Version No

  Hi Guys,
  
  I am taking mine if for its first service. 7000 kilometres in. AdBlue low Service Required Popping up on dash. Is their a way to check the version of the software to see if they update it during the service. Or is their anything else I should be asking when I drop the car off.
  
  Oh and I might have hit a stump and can't drive over 80 km/hr withought car getting wobbles. I hope its just a weight on a tyre. Time will tell. And taking it 4x4 the sensors go nuts. Really annoying while 4x4 ing in tall grass.
