  Noise from front of the car

  I have had a resonating noise coming from somewhere front of the car from the very beginning. It has been slightly getting worse over time and I have already visited dealer once to sort it out.

  When I put microphone in the footwell it was able to pick up the noise. In other positions the noise was not picked up.
  
  Anyone able to recognize the rythmical hollow noise in the files? Noise is not speed or engine rev dependent but can be heard only when vehicle is moving. It can be heard even if I turn off engine and let car roll freely. Also I have two wheel sets (21" summer and 20" winter) and noise is the same with both of the sets.
