    Steps

The standard steps on my current D3 stick out far enough to stop doors on cars parked next to it from damaging its doors.

From what I've seen this isn't true of the standard D5 steps. Has anyone fitted other steps which do stick out sufficiently to stop dints from adjacent parked cars?

I've spoken to the supplier and he assures me that they do stick out past the door egde.

On My D4 the steps interfered with the wade sensors so would think that’s why they dont stick out so far on my D5, On the D4 dealer told me to change the side steps to the rock sliders.

Of course if the car next to you is another D5 or similar height SUV or a truck, their doors may well clear the steps just like your doors. Shocked

Simply shove it in extended mode. Not many cars will clear that!
