So, who's going to be the first to get one?

    Doubt it will be me.

Definitely won't be me, not sure if I'll get one at all, not making any decisions until new Discovery and Defender are both available

It's going to be interesting, I suspect it will be as radical as the D3 was over the D2. Whether it stays true to the nameplate or is pushed to be a massive premium SUV remains to be seen Confused

I didn't say I'd not have one, just won't be at launch.

I am quite excited about the D5, infact I am probably in the same frame of mind I was in 12 yrs ago, when I was driving a D2, having had D1 before that.

The new D3 was so radical, everyone thought it looked like a van, the split tailgate was sacrilige because everyone wanted a big heavy tailgate with a wheel on it. First drive I was hooked!

I have instructed my dealer to let me know as soon as the order book it open.

We (me and Marie) are off to Donnington Race circuit on the 15th of May to drive the F-Pace thing Thumbs Up

Certainly looks a nice vehicle. There is one living just down the road from me.

No doubt you will be getting Marie to record your hot laps ?

For me it all depends on price. I know what I want, an entry level with xenons, privacy glass, and service pack, along with the usual mud flaps and mats.

Deposits paid but I've made it clear to my dealer if it ain't to my liking or too expensive then I'll be walking away and retain my current one.

Doubt I'll be in the market for another Discovery after the current ones, but time will tell.
