My D5 arrived at SVO 16 days ago. The dealer advises me it won't be delivered to them until the 25th

My commercial has arrived. Awaiting prep before collection. I have been told I can no longer have the service pack that I ordered, apparently it is no longer available on a commercial. Anyone else had this.

I was unable to take the service pack on my D4 3 years ago, they said it was not available to commercials, and they said same for the D5 when I collected.

Treat me gently... I'm just moving over from Disco4...!
So... are dealers generally fairly well informed on progress and therefore good at keeping you abreast of delivery dates?
My D5 Commercial was ordered in very early Jan, supposedly with an early April delivery date
which has then slipped (and slipped).
My current build date is next week Friday 18th but I currently being told that nothing is coming out of JLR in June (for some reason connected with Real World Economy Tests) albeit my vehicle will precede the introduction of this requirement (which also doesn't apply to commercial vehicles...) with the result that they are suggesting the dealer will see the vehicle in mid-July.
I'm keen to hurry things along (the current D4, with its second engine, is fast approaching the mileage anniversary of when the first one went bang...) but don't want to be chivvying the dealer if it's just totally out of their hands...
Thoughts?

Mine arrived 2-3 weeks early. In my dealers own words, 'sv are a rule unto themselves.'
I don't think the dealers actually know, so they quote 4-5weeks
Will be worth it when you get it.

How is everyone getting on with part-exs?
I've been offered 28,500 + VAT for a 2016 Loire blue D4 comm with lots of extras.
45k on the clock.
