  Peeling plastic

  Is anyone else having the same issue?
  
  A little difficult to see, but ignoring the dead flies -
  It looks like the surface of the plastic is peeling.
  The surface underneath is smooth - to be honest I did not realise the rough surface on these plastic parts were sprayed on - I thought it was the finish from the plastic mould tool.
  
  To start with I only had this on the front bumper, but I now have the same on the rear bumper.
