Landrover Assist.
Just a query. I know if you have a trailer/caravan that you have too pay extra for the relay service with the likes of the AA or the RAC.
Not sure if LR Assist will recover the trailer as well if the car was to breakdown. Do I have to inform them and pay extra for this?
From memory I think they will recover the trailer without an extra charge, as long as it's the car that's broken down. (Obviously they won't recover the trailer if it has a puncture and the car is ok). I also know they won't recover a trailer if there is livestock in it, not that I ever carry livestock.
99% of the time it's only used in and around town, but planning a trip down south next week too Birmingham, so just want too make sure just incase the inevitable happens.
Maybe it's just a case of telling LR Assist that you have a trailer when you phone them up when broken down?
