    Am not going to claim on insurance, I like to answer no to such questions and keep my very low premium

    OK, I have the parts ( bumper and wheel arch liner front section etc ), now looking for someone who can fix them somewhere near tunbridge wells.

    If you weee to go through a dealer I would estimate £3250 if you go through a private body shop I would guess slightly less
    As for someone to do it is the bumper already painted if so I would be willing to help you do it if you fancy a trip to Romney Marsh

    Think we are missing the point - a kind offer of help - cheers -may take you up on that - watch this space - am negotiating a car rejection with the dealer, so minimum effort and cost on the repair....

    Ok,

    So the approved body shop quoted £2000 inc vat for all parts as you would suspect inc the front inner wheel liner ( bumper, fog light, painting, inner wheel liner ) This excluded any damage to the secondary radiator and mounting bracket

    I replaced the front liner myself at a cost of £60 and the rest of it pushed back into place
    The fog light mounts were broken, so the light was not secure afterwards

    Happy days

    The car has now been rejected back to the dealer, and they didn’t notice the damage, Smile
