    mood lighting

Does anyone else with the changeable lighting have to keep changing the setting frequently? Mine has reset to the 'day light' setting 5 times in the last week.

More of a niggle than anything.

I’ve had this problem, it drives me nuts!

I’ve recently had the car upgraded to 18C and I’m hoping that it’s been fixed.
I do a lot of night driving so I usually set the mood lighting to red at half intensity however it kept resetting back to brilliant white, which wrecked any night vision.

My bigger concern though was if LR can’t maintain such simple state and intensity for the mood lighting what else is it losing? It worries me because LR might have some amazing ideas but they aren’t too competent in their software engineering effort.

Just don't create any more problems. Please stick to posting in English, so we don't have to all use google translate all the time.

Aargh! The mood lighting has reset again! Mad

Surely it’s a simple ask of LR to maintain the colour and intensity of the interior of my D5 between days?
If they can’t manage this what hope is there for more complex features!?

I'm probably going to regret this but if the lighting keeps reverting to white could it be that this is by design?
I Don't have my D5 yet so be gentle guys, it's only a thought.

Its a fault with the infotainment as everyone seems to be having this issue with ambient lights. Im sure the next phase of software release will have a fix for it.

I do hope so, but am amazed how such an insignificant feature is so polarising.
Having the interior lighting default to brilliant white is way too stark and the glare too much.

Today the mod lighting has done something new. Instead of defaulting back to brilliant white, it’s maintained the colour setting (red) but defaulted to maximum brightness, rather than 50% brightness as I set.

It’s a little like Russian roulette, perhaps I should randomly stop payments to LR as I never seem to have all the car work at any one time.

There is a setting in the screen for mood lighting but not sure it is available on all models, think only on HSE and above

Don’t worry you’re not missing anything because it doesn’t work reliably ☹️
