    There’s a new “article” on Topix related to the Smartphone pack activation.

    To read the article a subscription is needed...

    A subscription for an hour access is only GBP 11.50 for a single model, or GBP 19 for a day. You can look at anything you want.

    I’m wondering if my 2017 HSE Lux without incontrol apps and sim-car reader is eligible for the update..... My Norwegian dealership isn’t very “up to date” with the Phase 4 +CarPlay -update.

    My dealer said its not possible, even with the pro system I have. But will ask if they have done the separate updates/installation as I’m not sure they really know or even have access to this software as it’s not foreseen for the Balkan countries, but first I have to fetch my car with them...

    Means you have to book a vacation in a country where they do provide it... a discovery is made for traveling and we all know that owning a Land Rover comes with a cost Wink Good luck with it, and yes, I’m in exactly the same situation and do not appreciate this different approach from JLR towards its customers either.

    And my dealership just told me that JLR apparently stopped distributing this software everywhere... not sure how correct this is, but it just might be.
