MY (Model Year) dates & revisions?
When do MY (model year) dates and revisions happen on these?
ie: MY17 March 2017 to ?
MY18 from ? to ?
MY19 from ? to ?
Is there somewhere to view the LR updates made at each MY Stage?

The new MY usually starts late summer / early autumn.
e.g. mine is a MY2019 but was delivered in September 2018
MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added
MY2019 D5 HSE 3.0 SDV6 - sold to a dealer for a crazy price!

Normally JLR retool for revision during the summer break in August of any year, then when they go back to work, the next MY is output. Sometimes same happens during the Easter break, hence the MY ?.5

There's also plenty of run-out TD6's being offered as 0 miles 2019 cars at the moment and when I was looking at buying last week I wasn't sure whether to buy another full fat or the D5 and I saw quite a few L405's being described as brand new (which technically I suppose they are) but pre face-lift and the face lift cars have been out twelve months.

Same here...Was looking to find an my19 car as a low mileage ex demo...but all is not what it seems once you dig a little deeper with the dealers...seems to be a lot of cars that are registered on 68 that were actually manufactured as my17/17.5 and then sat in the compounds...I was attempting to find an my19 with most of the niggles knocked out of it compared to the my17’s that appear to have some issues...might hang on a while longer for the new 3ltr SDv6 306hp engine to become more readily available...presume there is a lot of my19 facelift cars sitting in compounds at the moment!

I think 17MY was launched around Nov 2016
18MY was late summer maybe Aug/Sep 2017?
TFT Cluster introduced
19MY was again summer Aug/Sep 2018
New touch control switch packs on steering
In control touch pro hw now on all cars from 19MY
SDV6 306hp engine
Best way to check is if you can look at the VIN (H prefix 17MY/J 18MY/K 19MY).
