Adblue quality
As looking for local available adblue and wondering about quality I found this, for what it’s worth of course...

And second, as we might move next year to another country and looking at the possibilities to take the car with. But in a lot of development countries they don’t use or sell adblue apparently and taking it with is a no go because of limited shelf life.
And there seems no way to drive the car without it... and a 3 liter petrol D5 is still not available...

It keeps reasonably well in full sealed containers provided you don't let it get too hot or too cold.
How much are you going to use? 20-30 Litres a year depending on mileage? Can't you just get it shipped out to you by courier - a couple of deliveries per year should be enough?

Keep it temperature-stable in factory-sealed containers and it should be OK - should last several months to a year with no problem. As soon as you crack open the container, use all of it as once you get air in there the urea will start to crystallize out of the solution and it will slowly turn to distilled water, or a urea solution weak enough to trip the quality sensor.
Storing it in a dark closet, cellar, etc. should be fine. If you don't have a climate-controlled garage it should still be OK if you live in a temperate environment - Dubai or Lofoten would probably be a no-go for long shelf-life.

In Albania I go to the dealer, as here the emission levels follow EU legislation, but I can not buy adblue at the dealer for own use. I did find it in a local supermarket, but as in Italy 2 out of 3 samples were of ‘lesser’ quality, I suppose it will not be better over here.
Regarding exporting the car, we have no idea what our next posting might be, probably central or South America or even some Central African country. Adblue/air quality not their biggest problem I suppose.
