navigation update
Hello All,
I have just taken delivery of my D5. It is a 2017MY vehicle, but brand new as in that it has never been registered, and was the dealer's show car that they used when they needed one to put on a stand.
I am thrilled with it, but the navigation maps seem to be outdated, and I am having problems updating them.
I went to
www.landrover.here.com, and created an account.
When I enter the VIN number, I get a message that my vehicle is a "connected vehicle" and I don't have the possibility to download the maps (like other people on here seem to be doing).
I have also noted that when I enter the VIN number, it doesn't seem to save the vehicle under my account.
Do you have any advice on what I can do?

I guess it means that it is registered to another users email address, you probably will need the dealer to get it released?

It seems to have been a problem on the LR server side as this morning my d5 shoes up and I can download the latest map.
