Which toyshop did you get that in? It looks like a really good miniature version of a real one.

It's Aintree Green I think. It is not possible to buy a full fat, semi-skinned RR or D5 in green anymore. Used to be the only colour (Ardennes Green) to have a classic RR!
I love it but not prepared to give JLR '000s for a special paint job.

You don’t see many Aintree green Discovery’s but I’ve got to say it looks great, very exclusive.

I asked because that's what I thought it was. My D4 was this colour and would have like my D5 in this but couldn't find one. Must be one of the best Land Rover counties colours ever.

Land Rover did have Aintree Green and British Racing Green as choices simultaneously in the past so there is a subtle difference.
Fashion has dictated that red and green colours are no longer available

Correct nickground, there were also 2 other british racing greens available to special order, both probably very expensive and almost impossible to match if repair work ever required.

Love that Aintree D5. I’m on my 22nd LR(ouch). With restraint I could have retired years ago instead.

Looks like an HSE Lux, was it a LR management vehicle like mine or did you buy new?
