    2018 Discovery Td6 HSE Lux Silicon Silver

    Newbie

    Afternoon all,

    Newbie just saying hello here with late 2018 plate being collected this Saturday. Already have a Velar D300 HSE Dynamic but swapping our Evoque for the D5 so as to have more space, and what seems like quite a lot more luxury.

    Being on a budget Embarassed had to choose the TD6 instead of SDV6, but having driven it we really do not feel that's an issue for us!

    Un-named at yet but is a HSE Lux, so has plenty of toys to play with which we are looking forward too, and a couple of big drives up country coming up soon as we live down in Cornwall.

    I used to live in Cornwall (near St.Austell) in the 80's; Damn, there's some skinny roads down there for a D5 to negotiate

    Ha! Yes narrow indeed.

    I’m sure you know Lanhrydrock Bridge then!!!! Have only been down here 8 months but it has now become home.

    Hopefully having driven the Velar around these roads the D5 wont be too much different apart from height.

    2017 Discovery Td6 HSE Fuji White

    The Td6 is a fine engine, once its had N241 update (which yours should have).

    Mine is now pretty much still on taget for 16k between services, now it has a few miles on (24k) it is considerably quicker than it was when I got it at 7k.
    2023 D300 Metropolitan, Hakuba Silver, Low Range, Solar screen, Deployable towbar, FBH, sidesteps.
