I’ve got a 2018 HSE Lux with the light oyster leather and the espresso interior.
I originally thought the door cards and dash trim were leather like my last Disco Sport, but they’re made of some sort of fabric? I’m coating the thing in GTechniq this week and so trying to find out what it is so I know what to put on it.
Many thanks
I tried uploading photos but it just says error uploading to gallery
You’re welcome, to me it was a surprise as well as my D4 had real leather all around, and the Range Rovers still have, but not an option for the D5 anymore. But all good for the coating Enjoy the car!
The D4 didnt have leather all round - for example the lether saets only had leather for the facings, the sides and back were a PVC fabric that looked like leather - I know this from trying to get my Almond ones cleaned.

Now gone - D5 HSE 2Ltr in Corris with black roof, black & dynamic packs & 22" black alloys, a bit of a change after 2 D3's and 2 D4's
I think you're referring to the Morzine fabric. It's made from recycled plastic polymer. Shouldn't need a stain protector - mine wipes right off with a damp cloth. It may take some rubbing if you get mud on it but it cleans right up.
