Image looks small too, so, £36 for InControl Remote per year, £260 InControl Remote and Secure per year, £89 Incontrol Connected Navigation per year or £129 for 3 years.
I've just taken delivery of a MY17 HSE, but from an independent dealer. I'm trying to register the car with the InControl service, but keep getting the message "Vehicle already connected to another account" and saying I need to take it to a JLR dealership to clear the previous ownership.
Is there any way of doing this remotely, or will I have to surrender to JLR?
I got my local LR dealer to sort it out when I booked it in for a service. You could try calling the LR customer service team. There is a number on the LR website

Had the same problem the last owner is supposed to cancel his incontrol to do with that car, I phoned incontrol help on 08705000500 they sorted it out. Got number from my LR salesman.

My brother has just bought a 2017 MY D5. Exactly the same scenario as Nick and Lucy - still registered to previous owner.
He tried a main dealer who said it would cost £180 to unlock it. He rang the number that Lucy posted. All they wanted was an email copy of the V5 and they reset it it immediately and free of charge.
