    manual treadmills

    Very random – are manual treadmills a good substitute for a power version? I’ve been using a powered one fine for jogging but now have limited space. If they work then a small manual one will suit my space.

    I use something called a curve in the gym, I prefer it to a flat treadmill. It doesn’t appear especially compact though, have a google and see what you think.
