Model Year
The Disco 5 I am buying was registered in August 19, So what model year will that make it?

Build date is really what matters. My first MY20 was built early July 2019 and registered 8th August.
MY19s had ceased to be built around April/May I think and mine was an early MY20.
Very little in it between the MYs though. If you have the VIN, let me know and I will compare it with the VIN of my old car.
Someone might have a more scientific answer !

BigCol66, the way to tell model year is from the vin code, the last 6 characters will be numeric, it's the next 2 characters you need.
JA will be 18my Solihull build
KA will be 19my Solihull build
K2 (I think) will be 19my Slovakia build
L2 will be 20my Slovakia build
