  3rd row seats wont snap in when folded down

  3rd row seats wont snap in when folded down. Is that normal? When I fold them down, they are not fixed or anything. I can just pull them up even without pulling the little strap.
  Anyone else?

  I think thats normal, mine have been like that from day1.
  
  They don't have a clip holding them in place just behind row 2 like the D3/D4 have.
  
  I could be wrong though.......
