So on Saturday I was in a car accident and got T-boned at an intersection.
Both doors took the brunt of the impact plus the B pillar..
Fortunately no injuries
My beautiful car is now looking rather worse for wear and is being quoted up for repair at a LR certified repair shop. (Alto artarmon for those in Sydney)
Once the quote is in the insurance company will make the decision on repair or replace.
If it’s repaired then probably 2 months to get it repaired with parts having to be shipped from UK to AUS.
If replaced then that will be ordering a new one and waiting 6 months.

It is sticky releasing, it does so but with a noise and feels like you’re driving over a cats eye in the road. Only happens when driving away with a bit of steering input as. It will be replaced, probably towards the end of this month.
