    Lower bumpers, off color. Why ?

    I never understood why the panels under the bumpers don't
    match the color of the car, or even a part of the car.

    With the new model they corrected it, if you take anything but the basic model.

    I looked into having these painted. But it would need a lot of work, hence around € 500.

    Easier is to wrap it. I didn't take into account that scratches that were there would stand out more

    in the glossy black plastic, so I was put off when I held it in my hands first.

    Now its fixed, you can't really noticed. I am happy with the result !

    You can also buy these parts in the matching darker colour from LR, cost was about £250 for front and rear and take just a few mins to swap over yourself.

    Thats only for the 'non towbar' covers. The ones with the little opening for
    the tow eye, does not exist in black, as I've been told..

    Since painting came to € 500 , I went for the wrap..
