TOPIx - help!
I'm trying to check the VIN of our, new to us, D5 - but it tells me I haven't put the full VIN number in - but I have - am I being very stupid - or do I need to do something else!!

Have you put everything from (and including) SALRA onwards? As in the dashboard tag?

Possibly not,
have just copied the VIN from the invoice document - it asked for 17 characters- hence my flawed logic
Will wait until we collect it, just thought it might be helpful to check all updates etc are done before collecting 😊

I am getting the same error.
Additionally my topix login errors and a password reset doesn’t yield an email in my inbox (or my junk) Even tried re registering with a new email address entirely and I never get the activation email.
Anyone got access still or is it just me? Seems like topix is not working…
