    Bluetooth handsfree iPhone calls not very good quality

    My 2019 Discovery 5 HSE has shockingly bad sound quality when using the handsfree with my iPhone 12. Going from can't hear at all to the person at other end sounding like a robot. It's really bad, any ideas please?

    I’d firstly try another iPhone if possible and then take the car to a dealer.

    I’ve had two MY20s, one built and registered in 2019, and the phone reception has been great with iPhone 11 Pro Max.

    One other thing, are you connecting via wired CarPlay? If not, maybe try that.
