Going off an email I received the other day I would say about 2 months. Car due mid October email said I had until something like 18th August to make any changes.
My car was built on 04.07.2022 and the last day for alterations was 23.05.2022. Due to be delivered to dealers on 12.08.2022 but not showed up yet (19.08.2022)!!
Dealer told me it was built on 4th July and went to shipping on 6th July. Told me it should be with them last week of July and ready for collection first week of August. Then received a screen shot showing delivery to dealer August 12th, but has not arrived with them yet. Wondering whether dealers are holding on to it to boost their September delivery figures with the new registration plate? It will be having my private plate so not unduly worried about it being registered early August, but now I might as well wait for September as you now can only tax new vehicles from the first of the month, unlike when you could have twelve months plus one, two or three weeks.
Well, my D5 arrived at the dealers on Friday 19th August. Collected this morning and can only say that it is just what I wanted and so nice to be back in a Land Rover.
If you need a good Land Rover dealer then consider Harwoods in Edenbridge. Well worth travelling the extra distance than trying to talk to the one closer to where I live!
Is it the light or has the grill got a chrome effect on it

I believe it is not chrome or chrome effect but just silver coloured plastic. I will have to check tomorrow when it is light.. The sun was bright when taking the picture just after lunch.
