    Engine stops after few seconds

    Got my D5 2017 yesterday and was really happy, went to pick it up with my kid and we pretty much where clapping hands in joy. Later at the evening wanted to go to the store - got into car, pressed the start/stop - engine starts and after few seconds it stops and red battery + amber triangle question mark warning lights light up. First thought maybe the battery is flat (not sure they actually charged it full at the dealership) so i left it to charge for an hour so i could test it. Same thing happened. Sent an email do dealership as it was after hours and they replayed that it might be the second immobiliser what drains the battery. Seems a little far fetched to me. Maybe someone here knows better.
