    Radar blocked cruise not available.

Hit a bird some time ago and since the CC hasnt worked. The lower valance is damaged and i believe the radar is behind this?

Is it possible to remove the valance to access without removing the bumper?

    Cheers.

You are correct… the ACC sensor is behind there… sadly only way to get at it is to remove the whole bumper

    Hi
Have the same problem, fault code C1A67-78 (AF) "forward looking sensor, mechanical failure, alignment or adjustment is incorrect"..
Quote from my local JLR dealer of £225 plus vat to correct. A relatively straight forward job job to do DIY but I don't fancy risking the front end while working single handed.

Hi I have the same error code. Can you advise how you fixed it or what LR intended on doing to fix it.. I was quoted €2,000 by LR stating they need to change the front facing camera..

    Hi
In my case it was the radar unit bracket that was bent,(slight pressure on the front bumper can distort the bracket)
I discussed the problem with the LR Main Agents and asked them to change the bracket and realign the unit cost £250 ish.
    Hope this helps

Great thanks Duckers. I just replaced that bracket yesterday, it was slightly bent but nothing major. I’m still getting the same error msg but I assuming it now has to be re calibrated ?

Splendid, yes as far as I know re calibration is required, just how that is undertaken I am unsure probaly a job for diagnostics and a short drive to reinitialize the system.
Hopefully someone on the forum will haves more info.
