Deployable towbar
I have had one fitted by the dealer and it works !!
Only snag, it was on the RRS I bought after cancelling the D5 order. As the 2 chassis are the same surely the parts are too, that being (if it is) there can't be a shortage of them. Maybe wrong.
Away not my worry anymore just thought I would share in case people are still being fobbed off.

Coincidentally(?) the software on mine has finally (after 2 weeks and 11 software updates later) been fixed and the car now deploys the tow bar when asked.
Am I the only one to think that the supply problem was not a supply problem at all but a quality control problem - they had the tow bars but weren't confident they would work when fitted. The close alignment of the software bugs being resolved and the tow bars being back in stock is striking.

I think it's QC problem, which could be why some have had poor experiences towing and others haven't.

Glad yours has been fixed Stuart
I did post last week that it seems like there is a fault with them, and probably testing them before fitting more of them, too avoid costly issues like yours .

Why's that not a supply problem? LR build cars, not deployable towbars. If LR ordered towbars that deploy properly and they don't, then that's a supply issue....
