    Thanks for all the replies and sorry for the delay. Turns out that the boot switches don’t override the recline on the seats, so you have to do that as well!

    hi have just been to the dealers and measured the height of the seat and it was 785mm apox but my 2017 model it was 700 mm and the head rest was not near the front seats i was told they have improved the bottom half of the seat some improvement Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

    The low seat base was one of the most common complaints when the D5 was launched, sounds like they have fixed it.
    2017 HSE now sold, if you own WF17AXN then you have a well sorted car!
