    Haynes Manual

    Just wondered what DIY'ers use, anybody bought the Haynes online manual?

    I have the D5 online oneand it's far better than trying to work things out for yourself but it is a long way short from the normal haynes book like I have for our discovery 3.

    I have serviced everything on our D5 bar the gearbox , but it only tells you how to change the fluid not the pan filter as well but I think you tube will be my friend here !

    Thank you. I just managed to remove & clean the EGR valve with the help of youtube, i think the dpf needs to come off & be sent for a clean. Would the Haynes assist with such an item?

    It would have helped you with the EGR removal/instalation but I can't find anything on Diesel Particualte Filter removal sorry
