Now bought a D5
Hello all, hope you are well.
After a while driving only my trusty Disco2 TD5 and deciding it shouldn't be an everyday car a Disco5 was purchased last week, really happy with it other than travelling down to Hertford to collect it, everything was spotless and the 10 hour drive home was great, 2 days after the coolant light came on, popped the bonnet and coolant was not visible anywhere In the tank, but it was visible all over the front of the engine so a suspected pump or hose leak, called the garage I bought from and the lad I was dealing with was off, but this lad I was talking with seemed to know all about me, said they had spoken about me and that I had to get it recovered on the way up the road, eh, no, made it all the way home without issue, oh, I was told you had to get it recovered, all in all, they knew about the leak, so not overly impressed, but it does have warranty for this sort of thing.
None the less, lovely motor.
Considering I've had 2 x D2's, 1 x D3, 1 x RRSport, 1 x D4 &1x FFRR, I'd say I really like having both the D2 and the D5.
