    2019 Discovery Sd4 (180) HSE Lux Indus Silver

    Gear Selector Stiff

    Just done a longish journey and on arrival the gear selector was stiff to put into park.

    Have done a search on here but can’t find any suggestions.

    Any ideas anyone?

    If it's the rotary one (the knob), they are known to stick / not rise / fail. Have a search of the Disco4.com forum, it has been discussed on there.

    Thanks Jon, yes it’s the rotary one. Seemed to go down alright but was stiff to turn to reverse/park etc.
